100% of my raw metal – wire, sheet, and casting grain – is recycled. chain and findings are partially recycled and I will continue to increase the percentage of recycled content as manufacturers increase availability. this helps WA maintain a smaller carbon footprint - celebrating a move away from virgin mining practices and supporting the recycling of fine metals such as gold and silver.

Obtaining an accurate ring size can be extremely difficult. Wren Atelier (WA) suggests that you be sized by your local jeweler prior to ordering a ring. also, a wide band in a size 7 will fit more snugly than a narrow band in the same size, so such factors should be considered. Weather conditions, salt intake, exercise and travel can also have a dramatic effect on your finger size, so we strongly recommend that you be sized multiple times to accurately determine your ring size. There is no such thing as a ring that fits perfectly at all times and under every condition.

Care and Cleaning

We do not recommend the use of chemicals or stronger commercial cleaners. Wren Atelier also advises removing your jewelry before bathing or swimming.

Silver

Sterling silver will tarnish over time, especially if not worn. Each sterling piece comes with a small cleaning cloth. White baking soda toothpaste also works well. Apply with fingers or a soft cloth and rinse well with water. Wren Atelier pieces will have a brushed or patina finish. Silver with a patina is waxed with a professional product but will wear over time. Wren Atelier will touch-up jewelry purchased directly through my website for the cost of shipping.

Gold

Gold can be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth.

Leather

Wren Atelier leather pieces should never be worn in water. Water will age the leather prematurely and cause cracks. Leather will naturally soften with time. Leather pieces purchased from the website can be restrung for a small fee. Please contact me for more information.

Exchanges are available within 10 days of receipt. Jewelry must be unworn and in perfect condition. All other items must be in perfect condition. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are not covered by WA. Please note that all rings made for a specific size, custom pieces, and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
